Both Miles Roberts and the luthier Stephen Eden provided me (living in Norway) superb service and guidance in the process. The guitar arrived in Oslo on time and was securely packed. The quality of the guitar, the playability and the sound is simply outstanding. Could not be more happy with the purchase!
