Just wanted to express my thanks for an informative, relaxed and very easy-going buying experience. It was a joy for me to hear the variations between guitars I was interested in without having to play them myself. I have, over the years, bought many guitars (most of them steel-strung) but I can’t remember being under less pressure to make a decision. Thanks again for your help, encouragement and patience.
