  • Comments:

The guitars of Walter Verreydt are simply exquisite ... the choice of timbers, the quality of workmanship, the fine decorative details and standard of polishing come together in something quite special.
Being spruce and with traditional back and sides, this powerful guitar has a more traditional tone range and sustain than most other lattice guitars.
The same model is played and much loved by Fernando Espi, Andrea da Vitis, Jan Depreter and Paul Gregory (cedar version).
A simply beautiful and highly effective concert guitar that in terms of volume, speed and projection compares well with many more expensive labels.

"Immediately at our first meeting it was clear to me that Miles Roberts, unlike most guitarists, can put into words exactly the qualities of the guitar he examined and that he can describe precisely what he expects of a good instrument. Miles' wide vision, nourished by the many contacts with both guitarists and guitar makers, makes it possible for him to find the perfect match between the instrument in the Kent Guitar Classics’ collection and the buying guitarist. It is for a guitar maker most pleasant to work with someone who has an eye for the smallest details of the design, the construction and the decoration of an instrument: it stimulates to work on a higher level each time."
