  • Comments:

From time to time, all makers like to do something a bit different - so here is a maple-bodied guitar from Stephen Frith; lighter and just a little smaller than most of his rosewood-bodied guitars. It is immediately friendly to hold and play. The sound gives out very easily and has a clear treble, strong middle and depth of bass from F-F# air resonance.
This is such a lovely, uncomplicated instrument - attractive to the eye and very rewarding to play - and all at very reasonable price.
