  • Comments:

This is one of a new series from Stephen Frith with further-refined sound and also enhanced details including very refined rosette and matching purfling. This guitar strikes you immediately as being very responsive and very open. Hauseresque in character with influences from extensive study with José & Liam Romanillos. Depth of bass comes from the body resonance around F combined with a productive, well-balanced, interesting treble with clarity, sweetness and sustain. Stephen's guitars offer a wide range of sound from rich deep tasto to bright ponticellos and their projection is very effective. These are really very good instruments that stand well against many famed European makers, very comfortable to play with its 64cm scale length and at a very competitive price.
