  Indian rosewood - high quality, straight-grained timber with back centre-strip and purfling in Hauser, non-mitred layout with rosewood bindings.
  Body length:- 478 mm.
  Top bout:- 270 mm wide & 95 mm deep.
  Waist:- 231 mm & 99 mm deep.
  Bottom bout:- 354 mm wide & 99 mm deep.
  All shellac french-polished to high standard.

• Front:

  European spruce - a beautiful, silky top with Hauser-style rosette and purfling, rosewood bridge with bone-edged tie-block capping. The front is traditionally constructed with 7 fan-struts, slim bridge plate and slim closing bars. Shellac french-polished.

• Tuners:

  Klaus Scheller - model H, high-precision, well-engineered tuners with brass sideplates engraved to pattern 53 and bone buttons, mounted on a rosewood-faced head carrying Hauser-style centre decoration.

• Scale:

  65cm with 19 frets on an ebony fingerboard on a central American cedar neck with vee-joint connecting head and neck. The neck and fingerboard is elevated over the body to improve access to the higher frets.

• Neck Width:

  52mm at the nut with 42.5 mm string spacing.

• Weight:

  1425 grams

• Condition:

  New, elegant and refined in appearance.

• Comments:

  Solveig Kirschner, married to Andreas Kirschner, is a fine luthier in her own right, only producing a few guitars each year due to family commitments.
  This is a truly lovely instrument with precise and very tidy workmanship, very tasteful aesthetics and highly impressive sound. It is set up beautifully and is comfortable to play. With air resonance just above F#, the sound has a pleasing depth of bass with a strong, sustaining, rounded treble and very even overall balance. It is also a strong guitar with volume perhaps greater than average to suit the professional player.
  Well, this is a really pleasing find and an opportunity for a lucky buyer. Highly recommended.
