The Brazilian back has grain-line cracks in book-matched position in the upper bout an two seemingly on one side. These have been cleated and the polish gone over by Rohan.

There are some marks and a scratch on the reverse of the head.

  • Comments:

Rohan Lowe has made many very impressive guitars over the years and many of them played by professionals.
This one is a very fine instrument with an impressive, Hauser-like dynamic and tone range. Throughout, it is spontaneous, very crisp and focussed and no doubt has benefitted from having been played a lot. Consequently, it does have playing and handling marks.
So - if sound quality and playability is more important to you than a guitar being in pristine condition, this is a very fine guitar with which to make great music.
