    Straight-grained Indian rosewood with tapered back centre-strip of lacewood.
    Body length:- 489mm.

    Waist:- 245 mm & 94 mm deep.
    Bottom bout:- 374 mm wide & 94 mm deep.
    Shellac french-polished.

  • Front:

    Canadian cedar - quite tight-grained with the maker's rosette, attractive purfling and rosewood bridge with bone-edged tie-block capping and small floral motif. Shellac french-polished. Traditional 7 fan-strut design

  • Tuners:

    Gotoh 35G510 series with patterned side-plates, alloy rollers and ivoroid, oval buttons., mounted on a rosewood-faced head with lacewood centre decoration.

  • Scale:

    65cm with 19 frets on an ebony fingerboard - and 20th fret for the 1st string.

  • Neck Width:

    52mm at the nut with 45 mm string spacing.

  • Weight:

    1514 grams

  • Condition:

    This guitar is in well-cared-for condition, with very few marks.

    Roger Williams is a well-respected luthier and has produced hundreds of instruments. This one is a traditionally-built model with good quality materials and pleasing sound. It has good depth of bass with a strong, projecting treble and overall good balance. This is a very good choice for someone wanting a cedar guitar of quality without having to spend a large sum.
