Juan Antonio Correa Marin is the grandson of Antonio Marin Montero. He learned and continued working with Antonio and alongside Jose Marin Plazuelo and Jose Gonzalez Lopez in the same workshop for more than five years. Clearly the guitar is very much in the Antonio Marin mould with feel, sound, materials and workmanship much the same.
With body resonance around G, this guitar has a warm, deep bass with a clear, bright, treble - all very pleasing. At this quality and price, you can't go wrong and we shall be expecting more of them. This like an Antonio Marin in all but label.Juan Antonio Marin - Click here to find out more about this maker
