New. Good quality craftsmanship and french-polishing.
José Gonzalez López is the brother-in-law of José Marin Plazuelo and has assisted both José and José's uncle, Antonio Marin Montero, in the same workshop for many years. José Gonzalez was a polisher initially and has been making guitars by himself and under his own label for some time. Naturally they are in general of the Marin character and are built using a plantilla previously of José Marin Plazuelo which is slightly smaller than the one he uses today. This guitar is very enjoyable to play with a quickly-responding release of sound. Volume, clarity, balance and fullness of tone are all good. Excellent value for money.
