Christopher's guitars are consistently high class. In the last year or two he has made a number of fine replicas and guitars with influences from the early 20th century makers such as Santos Hernandez, Manuel Ramirez and Hauser. Consequently some of his own regular concert guitars have more depth of bass and purity of treble.
Christopher's instruments have always started life with very free and open sound throughout and with a very musical quality combined with good projection; equally enjoyable for player and listener.
With recent changes in cosmetic design to headshape and rosettes, Christophers guitars are presenting some subtle differences in feel and sound.
As always, superb instruments in both looks, sound quality and concert strength. An opportunity for a new Christopher Dean without having to wait his lengthening order period.Christopher Dean - Click here to find out more about this maker
"Having known Miles for many years now I can say with some authority that dealing with him is a pleasure, due largely to my secure feeling that he, like me, has a genuine love of his subject. Over the years I have always been eager to hear feedback from both Miles, and his customers, and this has helped me greatly to bolster my own passion for the guitar and to refine my work ."
