A Special with highly-figured African satinwood - turraeanthus africanus - also referred to as Avodire or African white mahogany with white to creamy gold-coloring - a gorgeous wood that is hard, dense and works superbly as a tonewood. Based on a classical made last year by José in the same wood, Antonio agreed it should make a fine flamenco as it feels and behaves very similar to cypress. Rosewood bridge.

New. Appearance simply stunning - seriously.
Wow! This is a fabulous-looking, unique peg-head flamenco blanca guitar from Antonio Marin Montero that is a marvellous-sounding flamenco guitar. It has the old 1970's rosette and traditional peg-head. Antonio picked one set from four sets of satinwood which I took, as potentially the most suitable for a flamenco and was very confident about the outcome. This is a wonderful guitar from every aspect; appearance, playability & flamenco sound.
