  • Comments:

This is the first and unique satinwood-bodied guitar made by Antonio - crisp, focussed, quick and with good bass depth. There is some difference from the rosewood guitars though the different character is hard to put into words - perhaps similar to a cypress-bodied classical - the clients who bought the identical satinwood-bodied Marin Plazuelos have been delighted. They have clarity, good volume, some warmth and are very responsive when wanting tone changes. We obtain excellent Antonio Marins and go to check and collect each and every one. The quantity of guitars we source from this workshop is such that we are offered the finest woods and finish quality.
