The guitar was very recently returned to the Marin Montero workshop in Granada for removal of some very superficial marks.
This is a handsome flamenco negra guitar from Antonio Marin Montero that is a fine-sounding flamenco guitar. It has his old 1970's rosette and head-shape. The quality of the wood and the finish are really excellent which sets up the expectation of excellent sound - which indeed it has - bright yet rich, quick and aggressive yet with a plaintive quality too.
This is a fine flamenco guitar in every respect; appearance, playability & flamenco sound ... and from the great Granada maestro.Antonio Marin Montero - Click here to find out more about this maker
