New - with gloss finish and looking more expensive than they are in reality.
These Altamira guitars are extra-ordinarily good at the price. They have a good depth of bass, plenty of volume and a warm, full tone with quite decent clarity. Many other makes at much higher price are simply not as good in terms of sound quality and playability.
