R.I.P. Julian Bream(1933- 2020)

It is with immense sadness that we hear of the passing last evening, of  the great maestro Julian Bream. Along with so many other truly great achievements, perhaps more than anyone else, he showed all of us, the orchestral tonal variety that the classical guitar was capable of. It was a true privilege to have known you maestro.

  • He was a true master of an instrument that was meant for him and he for it. His legacy will live forever and his inspiration to many others will go down in history. Any man that manages to aquire a Herman Hauser for a fiver was blessed by God to have it and to play it extraordinary well. No doubt he's now teaching the angels how to pluck their harps. So sad he's gone

  • Maestro, I sat on my sofa and shed tears when i learned of your death. The sadest day in my life for a long time. Your artistry and mischievous boyish charm will live on forever. Thank you.
