Now in stock is the second guitar made by José Marin Plazuelo using African satinwood, also called Avodire. This is a beautiful pale wood, similar in colour density to cypress with both silver and yellow colours within the figured grain. Not only that but it produced a really spontaneous, bright-sounding guitar with also a richness of bass; rather different from anything I have played before – quite intruiging, incredibly enjoyable to play and a real treat to look at.
