It's a dirty old job you know but someone has to do it! Here in a huge and splendid village restaurant a few miles outside Granada, we say thankyou to José Gonzalez López, José Marin Plazuelo and Daniele Chiesa for supplying us with superb instruments. This particular restaurant (El Guerra) offers very traditional food - plenty of artichokes, anchovies, beans, enormous salads and a wide variety of grilled meats and fish - all to be washed down with much Rioja. Unfortunately Antonio Marin Montero was unable to join us as he attended a family funeral.
